1. 接受条款 / Acceptance of Terms

下载、安装或使用 Espresso 即表示您同意受本条款约束。若您不同意本条款的任何内容，请停止使用并从设备中卸载本应用。

By downloading or using Espresso, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. 胶片模拟效果说明 / Film Simulation Disclaimer

本应用内提供的各项胶片滤镜及名机预设为色彩风格的艺术化数字模拟，灵感来源于对应胶片与机型的美学效果。本应用与相关相机及胶片制造厂商不存在官方合作、赞助或关联关系，亦不保证与任何实体胶片在所有光照条件下的冲印效果完全一致。

Film simulations and camera presets are artistic digital emulations inspired by classical aesthetics. Espresso has no official endorsement or affiliation with original hardware or film manufacturers.

3. 用户内容与肖像权责任 / User Content & Privacy

您通过本应用拍摄、编辑与分享的照片由您自行承担完全责任。请确保拍摄活动遵守当地法律法规，并尊重他人的肖像权与隐私权。

You are solely responsible for photographs captured, processed, or shared using Espresso. Ensure you comply with applicable local laws and respect privacy and portrait rights of others.

4. Espresso Pro 购买与订阅 / Purchases & Subscriptions

Espresso Pro 提供永久买断（Lifetime）或周期订阅（月度/年度）。所有交易均通过 Apple In-App Purchase 安全结算：

• 自动续订：订阅将按选定周期自动续费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时在 Apple ID 订阅管理中取消。
• 跨设备恢复：在同一 Apple ID 的其他设备上，可通过「恢复购买」同步解锁全部 Pro 权益。

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiration via your Apple ID Settings.

5. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Bites & Bytes Lab 不对因使用或无法使用本应用导致的任何间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bites & Bytes Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
