1. 条款接受 / Acceptance of Terms

下载、安装或使用 Bites & Bytes Lab 旗下的任何软件产品（包括但不限于 Cappuccino、Espresso、FangCun 方寸、SymMath 等，以下统称「本应用」），即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本使用条款的全部约束。

By downloading, installing, or using any software developed by Bites & Bytes Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. 软件许可与使用限制 / Software License & Restrictions

Bites & Bytes Lab 授予您一项个人、不可转让、非独占且可撤销的有限许可，允许您在受支持的 Apple 设备（macOS / iOS / iPadOS）上出于个人或合法商业目的使用本应用。

您不得对本应用进行反编译、反向工程、破解、二次分发、转售或用于任何违反当地法律法规的活动。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on authorized Apple devices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the software.

3. 用户内容与责任 / User Content & Responsibility

您通过本应用创建、拍摄、标注、编辑或分享的任何内容（包括截图、照片、文字、公式与图表）均由您自行承担完全责任。请尊重他人的知识产权、肖像权与隐私权。

You retain sole responsibility for any content you capture, edit, generate, or share using our applications. Ensure your use adheres to intellectual property and privacy laws.

4. 内购、订阅与付款 / In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

部分应用可能提供专业版功能（Pro / Lifetime / Subscription）。所有内购与订阅均通过 Apple App Store 结算系统安全完成：

• 付款扣费：在您确认购买后，款项将从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
• 自动续订：订阅将按选定周期自动续费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时在 Apple 系统设置中取消。
• 恢复购买：您可随时在应用内使用「恢复购买（Restore Purchases）」在同 Apple ID 的其他设备上同步您的权益。

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end via Apple ID Subscriptions settings.

5. 免责声明与责任限制 / Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

本应用均按「现状（AS IS）」及「可用」基础提供。在适用法律允许的最大限度内，Bites & Bytes Lab 不对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的任何直接、间接、附带或惩罚性损失承担责任。

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Bites & Bytes Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
