1. 数据本地处理 / On-Device Processing

Cappuccino 是一款完全本地化运行的 macOS 工具软件。 您进行的所有截图、标注、屏幕录制、长截图拼接以及颜色提取操作，其数据流均在您的 macOS 设备内存中完成，并且仅根据您的指令保存至您指定的本地磁盘路径或剪贴板。 我们不会收集、储存、分析或向任何外部服务器上传您的截图、录制视频或提取的任何内容。

Cappuccino processes all screenshots, annotations, screen recordings, scroll stitching, and color picking operations strictly on-device. Your media and content are stored only on your local disk or copied to the clipboard based on your actions. We do not collect, store, analyze, or upload your screenshots, recordings, or picked content.

2. AI 视觉与翻译服务 / AI Vision & Translation Services

当您启用应用内的 AI 视觉对话、OCR 文本识别或截图翻译 功能时，应用将使用您在「设置」中自行配置并储存的 API Key（如 OpenAI、Claude、DeepSeek 或自定义的兼容接口）直接与对应的服务商接口通信。

• 密钥安全：您的 API 密钥均安全、加密地储存在您本地系统的 macOS 钥匙串（Keychain）中。
• 通信直连：所有 AI 识别和翻译请求都是您的本地设备与您指定的 AI 提供商终结点之间的直接加密通信，没有任何中间服务器进行中转或缓存。

When utilizing AI Chat, OCR text recognition, or screenshot translation, the app communicates directly with your configured API endpoints (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek). Your API keys are stored securely in your macOS Keychain. All API requests are sent directly to the respective AI providers with no middle-man servers involved.

3. 第三方分析与追踪 / Third-Party Tracking

Cappuccino 应用程序中不包含任何第三方追踪 SDK、广告展示插件或行为分析代码。 我们对您的软件使用习惯、触发频次等行为数据没有任何追踪机制，保障纯净、无干扰的工作体验。

Cappuccino contains no third-party tracking SDKs, advertising APIs, or analytics scripts. We do not track your usage statistics, frequency of activation, or other behavioral metrics.
