1. 服务说明 / Service Description

Cappuccino 是一款运行在 macOS 平台上的效率工具，为您提供屏幕捕捉、标注、图像拼贴、文本识别（OCR）、截图翻译以及本地 AI 视觉对话集成等服务。 此软件仅供您的个人或企业内部日常办公与开发流程使用。

Cappuccino is a macOS application providing screenshot, annotation, collage, OCR, translation, and local AI chat services. You may use it for personal or internal business productivity.

2. 知识产权与开源组件 / Intellectual Property

Cappuccino 应用程序的界面设计、专有功能算法、商标与品牌视觉资产均属于 Bites & Bytes Lab 或其版权所有人。 应用中引用的任何第三方开源依赖或库均遵照其各自拥有的开源许可证。 未经明确书面许可，您不得对本软件的闭源核心部分进行反编译、逆向工程或将其二次打包分发进行商业变现。

The proprietary designs, assets, and source code of Cappuccino belong to Bites & Bytes Lab. Open-source libraries are subject to their respective licenses. Reverse engineering or commercial redistribution of the closed-source core is prohibited without written permission.

3. AI 服务与第三方 API 免责声明 / AI Services & Third-Party APIs

Cappuccino 本身不直接提供或销售任何云端大模型接口。 应用内的「AI 聊天」和「截图翻译」等功能需要您自行输入并配置第三方 API Key（例如 OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek 等）。

• 计费与消费：您在使用过程中产生的任何 API 调用费用，均由您的第三方服务商直接结算，Cappuccino 不对此类账单或额度消耗承担任何责任。
• 结果准确度：由第三方 AI 生成的文本识别结果、翻译译文或对话回答，其准确性与合规性完全取决于您接入的 AI 服务商。对于 AI 产生的所有幻觉、错误或违法违规回答，Cappuccino 概不负责。

Cappuccino does not provide or sell cloud LLM API access. Features like AI Chat require you to provide your own API keys. We are not responsible for API token consumption, costs, or the accuracy and legality of the AI-generated responses.

4. 有限保证与免责声明 / Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，本软件以“现状（As-Is）”提供，不带有任何形式的明示或暗示保证。 我们不对因使用本软件（包括但不限于截图丢失、拼图或录制失败、AI 诊断失误、快捷键冲突）而导致的任何直接、间接、附带或特殊损失（包括利润损失、数据丢失或业务中断）承担法律赔偿责任。

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Bites & Bytes Lab be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. 条款更新 / Terms Updates

我们保留随时修改本使用条款的权利。更新后的条款一旦随软件更新发布即开始生效。 继续使用本软件即代表您接受最新版条款。

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
